Sunkiss formula research

Technology and formula, developed together.

Mechanical precision is effective only when it works with a formula designed for atomisation. Viscosity, spray behaviour, sensory feel and protection are therefore evaluated as parts of the same system.

SPF 15, 30 and 50+ formulas are made in Italy, dermatologically tested and developed for a light, uniform and comfortable application.

What is an automatic sunscreen application system?

It combines presence and height sensing, controlled movement and precision atomisation to apply the selected SPF across exposed body areas through a repeatable cycle.

How does Sunkiss create 360-degree application?

Four vertical nozzle columns are positioned around the user. Their coordinated geometry and movement are designed to distribute the formula evenly across exposed areas of the body.

How long does a Sunkiss cycle take?

Once the user has been detected, the application cycle takes approximately five seconds.

Can users choose an SPF level?

Yes. The interface allows users to select SPF 15, 30 or 50+ formulas developed to work with the atomisation system.

How is application precision validated?

The R&D programme integrates mechanics, fluid dynamics, software, materials and formulation through continuous trials and dialogue with technical partners and dermatological institutes in Parma and Modena.
